Fuhuang Steel Structure announced that the company and relevant personnel have recently received an administrative regulatory measure decision letter issued by the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau. Due to issues such as the misreporting of the 2025 semi-annual report and third-quarter report, non-compliance in information disclosure for 2024, and inadequate internal control management, the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing warning letters to the company and to Zheng Maorong, Li Hanbing, Yang Junbin, Cao Jing, and Dou Ming, which will be recorded in the integrity files of the securities and futures market.
