In response to Typhoon "Bai Dolphin," the Ministry of Natural Resources has initiated a Level IV geological disaster defense response in Zhejiang and Fujian.

According to forecasts from meteorological departments and assessments from the Geological Disaster Technical Guidance Center, affected by Typhoon No. 13 "Bai Dolphin," there will be strong rainfall in Zhejiang and Fujian over the next week, with a higher risk of geological disasters in most parts of Zhejiang and northern Fujian. The Ministry of Natural Resources has initiated a Level IV response for geological disaster prevention in Zhejiang and Fujian at 3 p.m. on August 7.
