According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Chongqing Phoenix Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with registered capital increasing from 50 million RMB to 550 million RMB, a rise of 1000%. The company was established in March 2025, with Zhu Qianyong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the development of basic software for artificial intelligence, research and development of intelligent robots, research and development of automotive parts, and manufacturing of industrial robots, all wholly owned by Syres Group Co., Ltd.
