The announcement facilitates more scientific classification management for enterprises, covering the entire chain of CCC certification for electronic bidets, electric blankets, electric heating pads, and similar flexible heating appliances, thereby tightening the responsibility of all parties involved in the certification activities. The announcement also clarifies the transition period for the new certification implementation rules, stating that starting from October 1, 2026, CCC certification activities must be conducted in accordance with the new implementation rules, and valid CCC certification certificates that have already been issued can continue to be used.
