Beijing Lier: Luoyang Lier 5800kVA De-silicon Zirconium Electric Furnace Produces First Batch of Finished Products

According to Beijing Lier, on August 5, the new 5800 kVA de-siliconized zircon electric melting furnace at Luoyang Lier Functional Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited. The supporting equipment, including the blowing chamber, cooling water system, dust collector, automatic batching line, iron removal screening line, and drying line, all underwent coordinated trial operations, with the overall condition of the equipment being stable and controllable. After the furnace ignition, the production line completed the entire smelting process according to the established procedures, successfully producing the first batch of qualified de-siliconized zircon products. After the new production line goes into operation, it will effectively alleviate the supply gap of high-end de-siliconized zircon products for the company.
