Zhengzhou Bank has completed the issuance of the 2026 subordinate capital bonds.
Zhengzhou Bank announced that, with the approval of the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration and the People's Bank of China, it has recently successfully issued the "Zhengzhou Bank Co., Ltd. 2026 Tier 2 Capital Bonds" in the national inter-bank bond market. The bonds were recorded for bookkeeping on August 4, 2026, and the payment was completed on August 6, 2026, with a total issuance scale of 6 billion RMB. These are 10-year fixed-rate bonds with a coupon rate of 1.97%, and they include a conditional early redemption option for the issuer at the end of the fifth year. The funds raised from this bond issuance will be used to supplement the bank's Tier 2 capital in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
