Sinovac's freeze-dried human rabies vaccine has received a pharmaceutical registration certificate.

According to news from SINOVAC's official WeChat account, on August 6th, the lyophilized rabies vaccine for human use developed by Beijing Sinovac Biotech Ltd.'s subsidiary, Sinovac Biotech Co., Ltd., received a "Drug Registration Certificate" issued by the National Medical Products Administration. This vaccine was developed using a serum-free, animal-source-free process and has been approved for both the "5-dose" and "simplified 4-dose" immunization schedules, making it the first serum-free rabies vaccine in China to conform to the simplified 4-dose regimen recommended by the WHO.
