Vanke's organizational structure undergoes further "streamlining": the Office Business Division is dissolved, and the number of divisions is reduced to seven.

On the morning of August 6, Vanke officially dissolved its Office Division. After the adjustment, the number of divisions within the company has been reduced from 8 to 7. According to informed sources, following the dissolution of the Office Division, various projects will be merged into their respective city companies. Division head Lu Bing will be reassigned as the head of AVIC Vanke, while some employees from the division will transfer to city companies, and others will receive compensation for resigning according to the optimization plan. Currently, Vanke's official website has also updated its organizational structure information. As of the time of publication, Vanke has not provided an official response to this adjustment.
