According to Zhitong Financial APP, Meishi Technology (001229.SZ) announced that the company plans to authorize the management to carry out the preliminary preparation work for the industrialization of indium phosphide semiconductor materials. Recently, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuhai Mingyao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Mingyao"), with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, as the implementing entity for this indium phosphide semiconductor materials project.
