To ensure the normal operation of the board, the company held a board meeting on August 4, 2026, after being nominated by the company's chairman Cai Rongjun and passed by the board's nomination committee. The board approved the proposal to appoint Li Yin as the deputy general manager and secretary of the board, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the sixth term of the company's board of directors.
