Zhitong Finance APP news, Zhongfu Technology (300692.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongfu Junke Zhengyuan (Anhui) Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Zhongfu Zhengyuan"), intends to sign a "Equity Transfer Agreement" and its supplementary agreement with Junke Zhengyuan (Beijing) Drug Research Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Junke Zhengyuan") and related parties to acquire the control of Junke Zhengyuan and its integrated CRO assets. The acquisition funds amount to 1 billion yuan and will be raised through a combination of self-funding, external institutional investment, and bank merger loans.
