According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, CIFI Holdings Group (00884.HK) announced that in July 2026, the Group achieved (i) contract sales (including sales from joint ventures and associate companies) amounting to approximately RMB 610 million and a contract sales area of approximately 97,400 square meters, (ii) a contract sales average price of approximately RMB 11,000 per square meter, and (iii) the shareholders' equity of the company accounted for contract sales amounting to approximately RMB 300 million.
