According to news from Guangting Information, on August 5, the company signed a strategic investment cooperation agreement with Jiefike Semiconductor Co., Ltd., thereby becoming a strategic investor in Jiefike. The two parties will engage in deep cooperation focusing on automotive-grade integrated circuits, vehicle power devices, and the collaborative development of vehicle electronic hardware and software, in order to promote the scaled application of domestic automotive-grade chips in the smart vehicle sector. This investment marks an extension of Guangting Information's business scope from the automotive software application layer to the collaborative segment of the semiconductor industry chain.
