HeBai Group announced that on August 5, 2026, its holding subsidiary Zhou Gudui Company received a "Relocation Notice," stating that the Zhou Gudui agricultural product wholesale market site, located within the urban renewal project in the Zhou Gudui area of Baohe District, Hefei City, requires overall renovation. The relocation period is from August 5, 2026, to September 4, 2026, and the relocation scope includes approximately 34.7 acres of state-owned construction land use rights, among others. This relocation will not affect the companys current agricultural wholesale business, and specific compensation matters will be determined as the relocation progresses.
