At 18:00 on August 5, the Central Meteorological Administration issued a blue alert for typhoons. The center of this year's 13th typhoon "Bai Dolphin" was located at about 920 kilometers east of Naha City in the Ryukyu Islands at 17:00 today, at a latitude of 25.8 degrees north and a longitude of 136.9 degrees. The maximum wind strength near the center is level 14, and the lowest central pressure is 955 hPa. The radius of the 7-level wind circle is 260-360 kilometers, the radius of the 10-level wind circle is 120-160 kilometers, and the radius of the 12-level wind circle is 60-80 kilometers. It is expected that "Bai Dolphin" will move westward at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity or slight enhancement, and will move into the East China Sea after passing through the Ryukyu Islands during the day on the 7th, slowing down and gradually approaching the coast of East China.
