Zhiyin Finance APP news, Luyin Investment (600784.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Luyin (Heze) Salt Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Heze Salt Industry"), plans to expand its capital through a public listing and selectively introduce one strategic investor, with a capital increase amount not less than 333 million yuan. The company and the other two shareholders of Heze Salt Industry, Heze Energy Mineral Resources Group Co., Ltd. and Heze Shanzhou Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., all waive their preferential subscription rights for this capital increase. After the completion of this capital expansion, Heze Salt Industry will still be a controlling subsidiary of the company.
