Foxconn reported a 54.2% increase in monthly sales, indicating a sustained strong demand for global artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure development. In a statement on Wednesday, Foxconn announced that July revenue surged to NT$946.5 billion. Analysts' average expectations predict a 31.2% increase in sales over the three months ending in September. Foxconn expects both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year growth in overall operations for the third quarter. As a server assembly partner for NVIDIA, Foxconn has stated that it anticipates a continued increase in shipments of AI racks this quarter, while demand for information and communication technology products is entering a peak season. Foxconn's revenue growth of 40% from April to June exceeded expectations, solidifying its position as a key supplier of AI hardware through the assembly of servers equipped with NVIDIA accelerators.
