Zhitoo Finance APP news, China Science and Technology Environmental Protection (301175.SZ) announced that on August 5, 2026, the company received a "Notice of Winning Bid" from the bidding agency Guosen International Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., confirming that the consortium led by Beijing Zhongke Runyu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongke Environmental Protection Technology (Hong Kong) International Co., Ltd. is the winning bidder for the Houma Municipal Waste Incineration Power Generation Project. The winning bid price is 131.00 yuan/ton (initial unit price for municipal solid waste treatment service fee). The project will be implemented using the Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model, with a concession period of 40 years (including the preliminary and construction periods).
