Keli Sensor and others establish technology companies involving multiple satellite-related businesses.

According to the Qichacha APP, Beijing Xinghui Lianyu Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhao Guohui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of wearable smart devices; sales of smart home consumer devices; satellite navigation services; sales of satellite mobile communication terminals; and satellite communication services, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Beijing Zhonghui Tongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Keli Yunjing Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Keli Sensor, among others.
