Saudi Arabia has made a final anti-dumping ruling on India's ductile iron pipes.

On August 3, the Saudi Foreign Trade Authority announced its affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping measures against ductile iron pipes with a diameter ranging from 100 to 1000 millimeters that originate from India. It decided to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on the products in question. Specifically, the duty for the manufacturer and exporter Electrosteel Castings Limited and the exporter Electrosteel Bahrain Trading WLL is 16.96% of the CIF (cost, insurance, and freight) price, with a minimum of 714 Saudi Riyals per ton. For other Indian manufacturers/exporters, the anti-dumping duty is set at 29.94% of the CIF price, with a minimum of 1260 Saudi Riyals per ton. The Saudi tax number for the involved products is 730300000001. The measures will take effect the day after the announcement and will be valid for five years.
