Following the "Tianbian Claypot Braised Noodles," the new business model "Tianbian Yangduo," explored by Xibei founder Jia Guolong, will open its first national store in Beijing on August 7. In a preview video published on the official WeChat account of Tianbian's staff, it was revealed that the new store will focus on processing fresh lamb from Inner Mongolia, with dishes including lamb shao mai, grilled lamb skewers, hand-held lamb, and hot pot with fresh lamb. The video particularly emphasized features like "good meat doesn't need marinating, just a sprinkle of salt" and "fresh lamb delivered directly." According to sources close to Xibei, Tianbian Yangduo is positioned as a fresh lamb cuisine brand, belonging to Northwest cuisine, representing Xibei's extension of its brand and deepening of its scene based on the genes of Northwest cuisine.
