According to sources close to Xibei, Tianbian Yang Duo specializes in fresh lamb dishes and belongs to Northwest cuisine, serving as a brand extension and deepening of the scene based on Xibei's Northwest culinary roots. "Tianbian" is a new brand and business model explored by Jia Guolong this year. In March of this year, the first store of "Tianbian Claypot Noodles" opened in the 798 Art Zone in Beijing, featuring specialty claypot noodles from the Bayannao'er region of Inner Mongolia, with an average price of 40 to 50 yuan per person.
