According to the Sanya Meteorological Station, at 9:11 AM on August 5, Sanya issued a red rainstorm warning signal for Yazhou District: due to the influence of strong convective cloud clusters, the rainfall in the area near Shu Primary School in Yazhou District, Sanya, has reached 130.6 mm in the past 3 hours. This strong convective cloud cluster is expected to move eastward while maintaining its intensity. It is anticipated that over the next 6 hours, there will be 50 to 100 mm of rainfall in Yazhou District, southern Tianya District, Jiyang District, and southern Haitang District, while other areas will receive 30 to 50 mm of rainfall. Please be cautious of the potential flooding in small and medium-sized rivers caused by the heavy rainfall.
