According to information from the Qichacha APP, recently, Daqing Oilfield Electric Power Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Peng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3.7 billion yuan. The scope of business includes power generation, transmission, and supply; thermal production and supply; solar power generation technology services; and wind power generation technology services, among others. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation.
