Aston (02715.HK): The subsidiary plans to acquire all the equity of Nanjing Aston Kuizhuo Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement released by Easton (02715.HK), on August 4, 2026 (after trading hours), Easton Robotics and Dingtong Electromechanical (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) entered into an equity acquisition agreement with the seller (the original shareholders and partnership seller) and the target company Nanjing Easton Kuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. According to this agreement, (i) Easton Robotics conditionally agrees to acquire approximately 83.26% of the equity of the target company, while the original shareholders conditionally agree to sell it, for a total consideration of RMB 406 million.
