Zhitong Finance APP reported that Xinte Electric (301120.SZ) announced its plan to repurchase shares worth between 25 million and 48 million yuan, at a price not exceeding 23 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for implementing equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans.
