HappyRobot has raised $150 million in Series C funding.

On August 4, American logistics AI solutions provider HappyRobot announced that it has secured $150 million in Series C funding, led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo. Existing investors a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator also increased their investments, while strategic investors including Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, T.Capital, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund, and Wave-X participated in this round of financing. Following this financing round, the company's valuation has reached $1.2 billion, with a total funding amount of approximately $200 million.
