Tongyu Communication plans to acquire approximately 25% of Shenzhen Jiajian Communication's equity for 300 million yuan, entering the AI-RAN and other communication equipment businesses.

On the evening of August 4, Tongyu Communication announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 300 million yuan to acquire approximately 25% of Shenzhen Jiaxian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. through a share transfer, corresponding to 18.1527 million shares. The transaction will be implemented in two phases. Once the transaction is fully completed, Jiaxian Communication will not be included in the consolidated financial statements of Tongyu Communication. Tongyu Communication stated that this investment aims to strengthen the companys industrial synergy in the telecommunications field and achieve resource integration and complementary advantages. Jiaxian Communication was established in 2011 and is headquartered in Shenzhen. It primarily engages in the R&D, production, sales, and service of wireless communication equipment, with products covering areas such as AI-RAN base stations, satellite payload communication, extended base stations, integrated small base stations, communication sensing integrated stations, optical fiber repeaters, and FTTR.
