(Hudson Automotive, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, acting as the seller) has entered into a sales contract with Fabrika Poljoprivredne Mehanizacije Agromehanika D.US.US. Boljevac (Fabrika, acting as the buyer). Hudson Automotive agrees to sell and Fabrika agrees to purchase Euro-eBOLD model vehicles, with a total contract value of approximately 3.46 million Euros.
