Aston (002747.SZ) subsidiary plans to acquire 4.87 billion yuan equity in Aston Coolzhuo.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aiston (002747.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Aiston Robotics Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aiston Robotics"), and Nanjing Dingtong Electromechanical Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingtong Electromechanical") intend to acquire the equity of Nanjing Aiston Koozhuo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aiston Koozhuo") by cash payment, with a total transaction amount of 487 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company will indirectly hold 100% equity of Aiston Koozhuo through its subsidiaries Aiston Robotics and Dingtong Electromechanical, and Aiston Koozhuo will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
