Zhitong Finance APP reported that Boshen Co., Ltd. (002282.SZ) announced that the company has decided to jointly invest with Shandong Wanchang Shun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wanchang Shun") to establish a joint venture (proposed name: Shandong Shantie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as "joint venture"). The joint venture will purchase operational assets from Wanchang Shun and its affiliated enterprises for cash, taking over their existing capacity, customers, and technical resources to engage in the relevant business of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines. The joint venture will have a total investment of 200 million yuan, with the company holding a 70% stake and Wanchang Shun holding a 30% stake. Upon completion of the transaction, the joint venture will be incorporated into the companys consolidated financial statements as a subsidiary under the company's control.
