Xiechuang Data announced that the company and its subsidiaries plan to use a maximum total of no more than 7 billion yuan of their own funds for entrusted wealth management, of which a maximum of no more than 6 billion yuan is intended for agreed deposits. The validity period for this limit is from the date of approval at the seventh extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026 until the date of the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders.
