Zhitong Finance APP news, Shenghe Bio-B (02898.HK) announced that on August 4, 2026, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the company appointed Zheng Zheng Risk Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as the independent internal control advisor to conduct an independent internal control review. The independent internal control review will be conducted in three main phases: (i) a preliminary assessment to understand the groups existing internal control framework; (ii) an in-depth review to identify control deficiencies and recommend remedial actions; (iii) a follow-up review to assess the effectiveness of the implemented remedial actions. The independent internal control review will cover the internal control systems in all key areas of the group, including financial reporting, procurement, sales, cash management, advance payment management, research and development, outsourcing, contract management, compliance with listing rules, as well as other significant operational and governance processes.
