Hunan Liuyang: Support and Encourage Flower Firework Enterprises to Resume Work and Production

On August 4th, Liuyang, Hunan issued a public letter titled "Regarding Support, Encouragement, and Assistance for Fireworks Enterprises to Resume Work and Production." The letter states that since the 54 incident, the entire industry has undergone profound pain. In order to effectively promote the safe and green transformation of Liuyang's fireworks industry and support, encourage, and assist more enterprises in an orderly resumption of work and production, the municipal party committee and the municipal government are fully committed to supporting the orderly resumption of fireworks enterprises, establishing a dedicated task force. City leaders will oversee the coordination, with the Emergency Management Bureau taking the lead, and departments such as the Natural Resources Bureau, Forestry Bureau, and Fireworks Center providing comprehensive support. Townships in the fireworks production areas have designated specific personnel and teams, and formulated task lists, timelines, and roadmaps. Following the principle of "enterprise as the mainstay, townships responsible, and task force leading," measures will be implemented in a categorized manner, with "one enterprise, one policy," and coordinated advancement.
