In the first half of this year, market supervision authorities conducted dual random inspections of approximately 540,000 enterprises, with a joint inspection rate of 27%. The implementation of QR code access to enterprises has been accelerated, and the empowerment of digital technology has cumulatively reduced the number of on-site visits by over 240,000 times, a decrease of about 62%, which has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of supervision and achieved a "no disturbance for no reason" approach, further easing the burden on enterprises. The integration of joint dual random inspections by departments and credit risk classification management has been deepened, resulting in a problem detection rate of 36%, significantly enhancing the precision and effectiveness of supervision. The results of inspections are promptly disclosed in accordance with the law through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. In the first half of 2026, approximately 200,000 enterprises were listed in the abnormal business directory due to issues discovered during inspections, continuously reinforcing the bottom line of market integrity and significantly enhancing the compliance awareness of business entities.
