JinkoSolar announced that from July 1 to 31, 2026, the actual new guarantee amount for subsidiaries within the scope of consolidated financial statements is 838 million yuan, which includes guarantees of 280 million yuan and 558 million yuan to entities with debt ratios above and below 70%, respectively. As of July 31, the cumulative new guarantee amount for the year 2026 is 20.225 billion yuan, with guarantees of 13.611 billion yuan and 6.614 billion yuan provided to entities with debt ratios above and below 70%, respectively. As of that date, the company's outstanding guarantee balance is 61.638 billion yuan, with no overdue issues.
