Chinese copper foil producer Longdian Huaxin sets IPO pricing at $20-22 per share, aiming to raise $75 million.
Chinese electrolytic copper foil manufacturer Longdian Huaxin announced its initial public offering terms on Monday. The company plans to issue 3.6 million American Depositary Shares at a price of $20 to $22 per share, raising approximately $75 million. Existing investors Harvest Global Capital Investments, Hithium Global, and other investors have each expressed interest in purchasing ADS valued at $50 million, $7 million, and $30 million, respectively. Based on the midpoint of the proposed price range, the company's market capitalization will reach approximately $1.6 billion.
