Hengbo Co., Ltd. announced that the company has appointed CITIC Securities as the sponsor for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets in 2026. Consequently, the "Tripartite Supervision Agreement on Raised Funds" signed with the original sponsor CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. and related banks has been terminated, and the unfinished ongoing supervision work will be taken over by CITIC Securities. The company and CITIC Securities, along with three banks including the Taizhou Luqiao Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, have signed the "Tripartite Supervision Agreement on Special Accounts for Raised Funds." As of July 30, 2026, the balance of the company's special accounts for raised funds totaled 74.2166 million yuan.
