ZTE Corporation announced that as of July 31, 2026, the company's total legal/registered share capital is 4.784 billion yuan, unchanged from last month. The total number of issued H shares is 756 million shares, also unchanged from last month; the total number of issued A shares is 4.028 billion shares, which is a reduction of 4.1012 million shares from last month. During this month, on July 20, the company repurchased 4.1012 million A shares at a price of 35.31 yuan/share, to be held as treasury stock. In addition, the total amount of the company's H-share convertible bonds issued by the end of this month is 3.584 billion yuan, which may result in the issuance of 132 million new shares this month.
