Yucheng Intelligent announced that due to the change of the executing partner of Yucheng Investment from Song Chunxiang to Ye Min, the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers Zhang Hanhong, Song Chunxiang, Yuan Chunque, among others, have terminated the acting in concert relationship with Yucheng Investment, and the shareholding ratio held by Yucheng Investment in the company will no longer be consolidated. Before this change, the aforementioned individuals collectively controlled 52.75% of the voting rights in the company; after the change, this control decreases to 47.52%, while Ye Min's proportion of voting rights rises from 0.11% to 5.23%. This change in equity does not involve any increase or decrease in the actual shareholding quantities of the parties involved and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and it is expected that it will not affect the stability of control.
