The State Administration for Market Regulation: The international industrial and communication standards led by China have been released.
According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, it has recently been announced that the "WiTSnet Industrial Ethernet Communication Protocol" international standard, jointly developed by experts from multiple countries under China's leadership, has been released by the International Electrotechnical Commission. This marks the global industrys broad recognition of China's independent industrial network technology solution. This protocol is the world's first industrial communication protocol to utilize a dynamic organizational network architecture, achieve device synchronization accuracy of less than 10 nanoseconds, and ensure highly reliable end-to-end transmission across the entire network. High-end automated production lines have stringent requirements for synchronization accuracy and operational stability. The intelligent synchronous network precisely addresses the pain points of real-time control in precision equipment, significantly reducing data forwarding latency, shortening communication cycles, and meeting the real-time control needs of high-speed machinery and precision machining. The synchronization accuracy among multiple devices significantly outperforms existing mainstream solutions by 5 to 10 times, making it suitable for high-precision production scenarios such as collaborative assembly by multiple robotic arms. With its rapid response and ultra-high timing synchronization capability, it can effectively enhance factory production efficiency, stabilize product quality, and ensure continuous and stable production for enterprises 724 hours. The release of this standard will establish a globally universal open framework, break down barriers to interoperability between different devices, and reduce the costs of enterprise transformation and integration. It not only strengthens China's foundational capabilities in intelligent manufacturing but also plays an important role in unifying global industrial technology standards, lowering collaboration thresholds, and accelerating the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
