According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhizhi Hangmao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Shi Juan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The business scope includes supply chain management services; software development; international freight forwarding; and information technology consulting services, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai International Port Group Logistics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai International Port Group, Shanghai Beiwaitan Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yitong International Co., Ltd.
