Nocera Healthcare's obinutuzumab in combination with mesutoclax has received breakthrough therapy designation from the CDE.
Nocera Health announced today that the combination of obinutuzumab and mesutoclax has been granted breakthrough therapy designation by the National Medical Products Administration's Drug Evaluation Center for the treatment of patients with marginal zone lymphoma who have previously received at least one therapy. Obinutuzumab is a highly selective, novel BTK inhibitor independently developed by Nocera Health, which effectively avoids adverse reactions caused by off-target effects, significantly enhancing efficacy and safety. Mesutoclax is a new oral highly selective BCL2 inhibitor developed by the company, which selectively inhibits the BCL2 protein to restore apoptosis in tumor cells, thereby inhibiting tumor growth and spread.
