During the relevant period, the company received a total of 32.73 Bitcoin as mining rewards through a cloud mining arrangement signed with service provider TECNOENERGIA CAPITAL PARAGUAY S.A. The total value, calculated based on the average opening prices of Bitfinex and Bitstamp, is approximately $2,707,274.95. These transactions, due to their similar nature and completion within twelve months, constitute a disclosure-required transaction after being aggregated according to Listing Rules 14.22 and 14.23. The total service fee amounts to approximately $3.0024 million, with funding sourced from internal resources of the group. The obtained Bitcoin has been deposited into the wallet opened by the group on the licensed virtual asset trading platform HashKey and is recorded at the lower of cost or net realizable value.
