Meanwhile, Liu Yong has applied to resign from his positions as director and president of the company due to a job transfer. After their resignations, both individuals will no longer hold any positions in the listed company or its controlling subsidiaries. In addition, the company held a board meeting and agreed to nominate Feng Jun and Wang Yongli as candidates for directors, with their terms starting from the date of election by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the current board's term. At the same time, it was agreed to appoint Wang Yongli as the company's president, with his term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the ninth board's term.
