Sunshine Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Shenzhen Sunshine Digital Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest no more than 980 million yuan to build the Sunshine Intelligent Computing Center project on the west side of the S225 line industrial park segment in Xingning City, Meizhou, Guangdong Province. The project is expected to be officially operational by October 2027. The company will hold the ninth temporary meeting of the tenth session of the board of directors on August 3, 2026, to review and approve the "Proposal on External Investment," and this matter does not need to be submitted for consideration by the companys shareholders' meeting.
