Zhitong Finance APP reported that Pingzhi Information (300571.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Pingzhi Zhikai Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pingzhi Zhikai") has entered into a Partnership Agreement as a limited partner with general partner Shanghai Benchi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners to invest in Jiaxing Benqi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) with its own funds. The investment scope of the fund includes: equity of Shanghai Turing Intelligent Computing Quantum Technology Co., Ltd.; bank demand deposits; money market funds. The total fundraising target of the fund is capped at 53.5 million yuan, and the total subscribed capital contribution for the first phase of the fund's business registration is 32 million yuan, with the company contributing 10 million yuan from its own funds.
