CITIC Construction Investment announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CSCIF Hong Kong Limited, completed an issuance of notes amounting to 270 million yuan under its medium-term note program on August 3, 2026. The wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC Construction Investment International, provided an unconditional and irrevocable joint liability guarantee of 285 million yuan, with no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee amount for the company and its holding subsidiaries stands at 53.355 billion yuan, accounting for 44.80% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantee situations. This guarantee is within the authorized scope, and the risk is controllable.
