China Medical Announcement states that on July 31, 2026, its subsidiaries Tianfang Pharmaceutical and Sanyou Pharmaceutical will participate in the bidding for the 12th batch of national centralized drug procurement, with 8 products, including Betahistine Dihydrochloride Tablets, expected to be selected. The procurement cycle is three years, from the implementation date in 2026 to December 31, 2029. Some products will generate revenue in 2025 and the first half of 2026, with Betahistine Dihydrochloride Tablets estimated at approximately 10.79 million yuan in 2025 and around 3.76 million yuan in the first half of 2026, while the remaining products are newly launched with no sales. If successful in the bid, sales scale will expand, but the procurement agreement has not been signed, leading to uncertainty in the future.
