Tianshun Co., Ltd. announced that it has filed a recovery lawsuit against Xinjiang Tianshun Zhongyun Aviation Service Co., Ltd. with the Peoples Court of Toutunhe District, Urumqi, regarding the arbitration dispute over the charter contract with a Belgian airline. On July 31, 2026, the company received the court's "Civil Judgment," which ordered the defendant to pay the company a compensation amount of RMB 55.1624 million along with interest for the use of funds. The case acceptance fee of RMB 319,700 shall be borne by the defendant. This judgment is a first-instance ruling, and the final outcome remains uncertain.
